Our Commitment
GrowthKitIndia sells digital products. We stand behind their quality. If the product is not as described, we will refund you — no arguments.
Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
How to Request
Email hello@growthkitindia.com within 7 days with:
- Your name and purchase email address
- Razorpay Payment ID (from your payment confirmation)
- Brief reason — what didn't work or wasn't as described
We reply within 48 hours.
When We Refund
- Product content is materially different from what is described on our website
- Download link is broken or delivery failed completely
- You were charged twice for the same order
When We Do Not Refund
Because this is a digital product that is accessible immediately after payment, the following do not qualify:
- Change of mind after the file has been downloaded or accessed
- Request made after 7 days from the purchase date
- Product not matching expectations that were not stated on the sales page
- "I didn't have time to use it" — the product remains yours to use anytime
